● Characteristics
①Being able to contain various dangerous chemicals which are categorized in Class ll and Class Ill with density lower than 1.4g/cm3.
②Low residual volume after discharging and easy to clean, with long life cycle. It helps save energy as well as reduce the cost.
③The specification meets the transportation requirement of
international containers. Convenient, safe and reliable in stacking.
④Applicable for hot filling, good performance within the range of -40℃ to 50℃.
⑤Equipping the cap with ventilation can avoid over-pressure danger during transportation, but in the same it can also assure the sealing performance to the infilling stock.
● Performance Test
①The drum is filled with water and anti-freezing agent, and then to be frozen to -18℃. Drop twice from height of 1.2m with no fractures and leakage in the drum body.
②Place the drum under water for 5 minutes and pressurize to 20KPa. No leakage in the drum.
③The drum is filled with water, pressurize to 20KPa and keep the pressure for 30 minutes.No leakage in the drum.
④Apply load of 629 kg on the top of the drum and stack 28 days under the temperature of 40℃. The drum has no leakage and damage that could potentially affect the safety.
